What is RSS?
In the internet world with billions of web pages keeping up to date with the information you want to know can be a real problem. Wouldn't it be better to have the news delivered to you direct, rather than browsing websites? Now you can do it thanks to a very clever service, RSS. RSS stands for 'Really Simple Syndication'. Put plainly, it allows you to identify the content you like and have it delivered directly to you. It makes it easy to stay up-to-date by showing you the very latest information that you are interested in. Not all websites currently provide RSS, but our site, Anton's Russian Introduction's, does provide it!

What's an RSS feed (general information)?
A feed is a regularly updated summary of web content, along with links to full versions of that content. When you subscribe to a given website's feed by using a feed reader, you'll receive a summary of new content from that website. Important: you must use a feed reader in order to subscribe to website feeds. When you click on an RSS feed link, your browser may display a page of unformatted text.

What's our feed?
Our feed is a regularly updated list of our news and latest additions to our album, with ladies' thumbnails, links to their profile pages, as well as the links to our most important pages, such as Homepage, Services, Search Engine, Latest Additions album, etc. If you are subscribed to our feed and if you use a feed reader, you'll receive the latest additions with photos from Anton's Russian Introduction's daily!

How can I start using RSS feeds?
 The first thing you need is an RSS (or feed) reader. There are many different versions of RSS readers. Some of them can be accessed using a browser and some can be downloaded to your computer. They allow you to display and subscribe to the RSS feeds you want. Once you have chosen a reader, all you have to do is find an orange RSS button on our Homepage.
If you click on the button, you will subscribe to our feed in various ways, including by dragging the following URL of our RSS feed http://www.antonsintro.net/antonsintro-dot-net_feed.xml into your reader or by cutting and pasting this URL into a new feed in your reader. Some browsers, including Firefox, Opera and Safari, automatically pick up RSS feeds for you. For more details please check their websites.

How can I get an RSS Reader?
There are lots of different RSS readers available and new versions are appearing all the time. Different news readers work on different operating systems, so you will have to take this into consideration when you make your choice regarding an RSS reader you will use.
