All you need to do isfollow the procedure for ordering addresses but please DO NOT click on "Order My Address" as you will be asked to pay again! Instead enter your email address and password in the boxes under the text "If you purchased a membership or have address credits in your account..." and click on the "Retrieve" button. The address will appear on your screen and will also be emailed to you.

There is no time limit on retrieving addresses and you can return when you please.
